As a woman, we tend to put on a mask before we face the world; could be the make-up that we apply on our face or the facial expression we chose to show the world. A “Masquerade” is a piece that comes with a story of a lady having to put on an elegant façade while being wrapped in jewels and finest things. Will the façade represent the inner being? Or was it just a disguise? It is something that we can reflect on.
