The story:
The word 'brazen' sometimes being looked at in a negative manner of being shameless or too forward. The artist however looks at the word in the exact opposite. The Brazen Beauty is NOT about being shameless but it is about being daring and bold and not feeling ashamed about it. Additionally, the artist uses recycled materials (strawboard) to create the piece.

Brazen Beauty is part of the Women Series exhibition where it showcases five (5) artworks presenting different perspectives and stories related to being a women. 

This is an original painting on a 2D sculpture where the artist carves three layers of foam board to give more perspective and depth to the artwork. There is only 1 original painting for this piece.
